These terms apply when you buy or use the Lost Revenue Recovery System™ — Career & Training Edition (“the product”), sold at recovery.offhoursops.com. Questions: [email protected].

What you get

A one-time purchase of a digital toolkit: a Google Sheets / Excel tracker, PDF guides, a message library and optional AI prompts. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The product is delivered digitally — see Refunds & delivery.

Licence

You may use the product inside your own business, and share it with your own team. You may not resell, republish or give away the product or its files, in whole or in part.

No guarantee of results

The product is a process and a toolkit. It does not guarantee admissions, appointments, replies, sales, revenue or any response rate. Results depend on your leads, offer, timing, pricing, team and follow-up. The free calculator gives an estimate only.

Your responsibilities

• Contact only people who enquired with you and agreed to hear from you.
• Respect every opt-out, and follow WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and any law that applies to you.
• You send every message yourself. You are responsible for what you send, including anything you draft with an AI tool.
• You are responsible for the lead data you keep in your own copy of the tracker.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.
