Delivery

This is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. After a successful payment:

• you are taken straight to your download page, and
• an email with the same access link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout. It usually arrives within a few minutes. Please check spam or promotions.

If you haven't received access within 1 hour, email [email protected] with your Razorpay payment ID and we'll send it manually.

Refunds

Because the files are delivered instantly, refunds apply only in these cases:

• The files don't work: you can't access or open the product and we can't fix it within 48 hours of your email. You get a full refund.
• Duplicate or failed payment: you were charged twice, or charged without the order completing. The extra or failed amount is refunded.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your payment ID and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank decides how long it takes to show.
